Once it was an old Ligurian house. Today it’s an atmosphere space, where Tigullio’s Gulf perfumes meet a sophisticated mix of European design vintage objects.
A fully restored house, crossed by a stairway that plays with antique bricks and suffused lighting. Authentic floors in turquoise, pale rose, grey and total black “cementine”. Ligurian woods and “seminati”. Almost 2 years, many people and selected artisans to accomplish a fine complete restoration.
The designers team worked with materials, velvets and linens around 30’s and 50’s furnitures, discovered all around Europe during a more than 1 year research travel: unique pieces by Ettore Sottsass, Arne Jacobsen, De Sede, Braakman, Robin Day. No less than a couple of pieces from the Universal Exposition of 1958. All these incredible vintage objects has found a home in our rooms, in Santa Margherita Ligure.
